I got wrong when I post this kind of picture. Most of the viewers of this picture laugh in it because of my wacky post. My classmates are always laughing the time they look my picture. but i can understand like that laugh, because this picture is very special to as. hahahahahahah

Many television and movie defendants are found not guilty by reason of insanity. However, real criminal defendants are not as successful with the insanity defense as popular media seems to suggest. One study found that the insanity defense is only used in about 1% of all court cases and is only successful in about 26% of those cases. So, only approximately one quarter of one percent of cases in the U.S. judicial system end with a defendant being found not guilty by reason of insanity.
What is the Insanity Defense?
The insanity defense is a possible defense to a criminal matter. In order to assert the defense of insanity, a criminal defendant must claim that he should not be criminally liable for breaking the law because he was insane when the alleged crime occurred.
The definition of insanity varies among different jurisdictions. However, it is important to note that for purposes of a legal defense, the term insanity is governed by a jurisdiction’s statutory and case law and not the medical definition of mental illness.
Most jurisdictions require a professional to find that the defendant was not capable of distinguishing between right and wrong at the time of the offense. Some jurisdictions have an additional element where a defendant can be found not guilty by reason of insanity if he was not able to control his behavior at the time of the offense. However, even these professionals cannot decide whether or not a defendant is insane because, as discussed above, insanity is a legal term when used as a criminal defense. Therefore, the jury or judge will decide whether the testimony and evidence support a finding of criminal insanity.
What Happens if the Court Finds a Defendant Criminally Insane?
Often, the defendant will be committed to a psychiatric hospital if he was found to be responsible for the alleged crimes but not guilty by reason of insanity. Typically, the commitment is not for a set amount of time but rather until the individual is deemed not to be a threat to society.

Temporary Insanity
A defense of temporary insanity is also difficult to prove. "My Dearest Best Friend"
This picture was give me a happy memory. It started when we had a favor to my classmate to take me a picture together with my friend, and she is my best friend.we are happy together , we always wants a happy things. bonding, more talking, enjoy ourselves together, laugh much like there's no tomorrow.I enjoy every time i see her, i feel for her it seemed like even a simple happiness from her was so easily to attained, that is a kind of girl she is. it comes to the point that i put aside my dream for her, but after all the things that happened , i still push to my self that she is only my best friend, aside from that i wouldn't expecting too much from her , even if i have a feelings for her. . . . . suddenly i came to realize that there's no chance to our "relationship" and i should be contented to our "friendship." Now i still convince myself that she loved by someone. I stop making my self look like a fool , i was just be contented of what we have now. For all i know, everything won't be the same again that is: "what you want is what you get"besides everything happen has a purpose, all human must being happy , but well never known what is the best things for us. even do i have to live in fear.I was assume of all the things, gives me a real of happiness, but i am wrong. DOTA have consist of different heroes that consist of different elements (fire,earth,water and wind) ,items and skills.The rule is very simple you need to breakdown the mother tower of your enemy and if you made it you won.
Heroes have three (3) types:
Agility, Strength and Intelligence.In agility
more in speed, strength more in power (health), and
intelligence more in skills (mana).
Some people or player play it for money instead in fun.So as a player I play it not for money because its just a game not a work and this game do only for fun.
I will do my best to improve my playing skill to show to us specially to my classmate last year (2011-2012) that I'm not weak.
